                                  Happy Easter

Good morning everyone just a short post today to say Happy Easter, hope you all enjoy your day at church, with family and friends.

Our weather looks more like Christmas today than Easter. It has been snowing hard all morning.

We will be traveling south to visit with my son for a couple of hours, then on the way back stopping to visit my cousin who is like my son as he lived with us when he was growing up. Shane has a beautiful wife and three lovely children,we have a bunch of Easter candy for the kids. Then we'll make our way home to have dinner this evening with my in-laws. Very busy day for us today.

We have no baby chicks yet !?

My niece and I have worked on a couple of things this week. One evening we made melt and pour soap in the shape of Easter Eggs. She picked cranberry fig as a scent and they smell so good. I told her to use some for her shower, she looked at me kinda funny and said "you can actually use it"(smile) "No we just make our soap to look at." We've also been working on primitive wooden signs to sell next weekend at our local Trash and Treasure sale. We've had a very busy week together, she will be going home the middle of the week seems like she just got here.

I sell ThirtyOne purses and totes. Monday  night I will be hosting a Relay For Life fundraiser at our local fire dept. This will raise money for the American Cancer Society. I think we're going to have a pretty good turn out. I'm putting my niece to work taking care of the silent auction. It should be a really fun time always enjoy getting together with a bunch of friends and of coarse there will be lots of good food to eat.

Oh ya the Easter Bunny brought me a new cord so i could finally download some pictures but alas he brought the wrong size. You'll just have to wait a little longer and I promise I will be posting picture every day(smile)
Now time to get ourselves together and head out into this snowstorm. Hope you all have a wonderful day and a HAPPY EASTER.
